Help, how do I log in and see the content?
Once you have your username and password please follow these instructions.
At the right top of the page you will find the log in button.
Once you are logged in you need to click on the ‘members’ link, also at the right top of the page. This will take you to the content page. Click on one of the 8 pictures and a page will open that will show you the links to the song notations and explanation sheets.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the content of Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix we don’t offer a refund.
Can I use my membership for more than one school?
This is quite complicated. Yes you can use the games & activities to teach in more than one school and you personally can show the videos during your lessons.
IMPORTANT: With one membership you can only provide access to all teachers in one school. If you want all the teachers of the other schools to gain access to Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix they will need to sign up.

Will my account be automatically renewed after the first year?
The short answer is yes. If you wish to cancel your account you will need to let us know no later than 2 weeks before the end of the year.
How many people can I share Active Music with?
The only way Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix can legally be shared is within a school setting. No sharing with other schools or individuals is permitted. Anyone who buys Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix on an individual basis is permitted to share with others.
What do I do if I only want Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2?
In the free trial you will gain access to all videos. However, if you want to join only KS1 or KS2 you can do so on the pricing/sign up page.
Can I not download the song notations during the Try it out period?
Within the try it out period you will only have access to the videos. As soon as you join you will receive access to all the downloads.
Why does Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix have no backing tracks?
Active Music Pick ‘n’ Mix is full of games and activities, designed for us to listen to and develop our children’s voices. We need to hear the children’s voices as they really are to be able to help them gain confidence and progress. it is easier other and access a child’s voice if it is not drowned out by a backing track.
I am from outside the UK, can you explain the age range within Key Stages 1 & 2?
Reception/Key Stage 1 : 4 – 7 years old
Key Stage 2 : 7 – 11 years old
